                 Seamless steele  gas cylinder is a pressure vessel used to storgases at above atmosphericpressure. High pressure gas cylinders are also called bottles. We can supply various specifications of big, medium and small seamless steel gas cylinder with capacity from 1L to 100L,working pressurefrom 15MPa to 30MPa and test pressure from 22.5MPa to 45MPa. Our seamless steel gas cylinder can befilled with oxygen, hydrogen, argon, nitrogen and CO2 and used in industry welding, firefighting and medical treatment.

1. Materials:
 The raw materials are purchased from regular manufacturer, with uniform thickness, each batch of material has a corresponding inspection report.  
2. The Perfect Production Process, Especially In:
 
(1) Internal drying process:   inner walls free of moisture and rust.
 
(2) Polished inner wall :   no impurities, showing a metallic sheen. More suitable 
for filling high-purity gases, medical oxygen and other industries.
 
(3) The bottom of the thickening treatment: according to relevant standards, bottom wall thickness should be no less than twice desigin wall thickness. The bottom thickness of our cylinder is about 13 mm, much more than twice design wall thickness, which can increase the safety factor, to ensure the safety of the cylinder, and prolong cylinder service life.
 
(4) Electrostatic spray:   we use powder coating, nontoxic, no scratches, no falling and service life longer. Some manufacturers use paint, toxic, polluting the environment, and also easily lead to large areas of peeling paint, affecting the appearance.
 
 
(5) External hydrostatic test measurement: test each cylinder by external hydrostatic test measurement, effectively test Ratio of permanent volumetric expansion, to ensure product quality.
